Our Story
Cuppa Tea — known in China as 廣芳園 (GO FUN Tea) — was founded in 2014 in Fuzhou, Fujian, with a single conviction: that Hong Kong-style tea-cafe culture deserves a modern, fast-casual home. Egg waffles, milk tea, mango pomelo sago, pineapple butter buns — these aren't gimmicks. They're the comfort drinks and snacks that defined urban Hong Kong for half a century.
In 12 years, we've grown from one storefront to 900+ locations across 18 provinces and 56 cities, served over 200 million egg waffles and 80 million cups of mango pomelo sago, and signed master franchisees in Canada and the United States.
We didn't get here by chasing fads. We got here by holding the line on freshness — every drink hand-shaken, every waffle baked in three minutes, every store run on a single playbook refined through Brand 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and now 4.0.
