How It Works

From Application to Opening

Nine clear steps. Roughly 6–9 months from signed agreement to grand opening.

  1. 1

    Application Review

Submit application form. HQ reviews credentials, finances, and market fit; schedules an introductory call within 5 business days.

  2. 2

    Sign Cooperation Agreement

After mutual review and a head-office visit (or video tour), execute the franchise agreement and pay the brand license fee.

  3. 3

    Market Evaluation & Site Recommendation

HQ team evaluates your trade area and reviews candidate locations. Final site requires HQ sign-off.

  4. 4

    Store Design & Equipment Procurement

Engineering team produces full architectural drawings, supervises buildout, and coordinates equipment ordering.

  5. 5

    Staff Training

Owners and key staff train at HQ-designated facility — recipes, service, POS, inventory, food safety.

  6. 6

    Construction Acceptance & First Stock

Final buildout walkthrough; HQ assists with first inventory order and packaging supply.

  7. 7

    Permits & Licensing

HQ provides documentation and guidance for business license, food handler permits, and local health certifications.

  8. 8

    Grand Opening Campaign

Marketing team designs opening promotion. Operations team supports first 30 days on the ground or remotely.

  9. 9

    Ongoing Operations Support

Continuous management coaching, new-product training, marketing collateral, and seasonal campaign support.
